I have given an online order for a cake to be delivered to Lucknow from Ferns & Petals website "www.fnp.com", Below are the order details:
order number- 701446769
Order Date- 12-May-2013
Price- Rs 799
Instead of cake they delivered Rasgullas. When I tried to contact them on their customer service number, no one picked up my call. I also contacted the local franchise number (Kapoorthala Lucknow) which was written on the card but they talked very rudely to me and replied that the order was not sent from their branch it was from other branch (Gomti Nagar, Lucknow). Other branch is replying that the order is sent by Kapoorthala Branch Only.
They are delievering wrong prodsucts to the customers and when some one complains they try to ignore.
