My complaint against
companies sales officers/executive /seniors who before receiving money convinced me and have
Commitment to supply SONY VIO LAPTOP with package shown in web linked provided by sales executive Mr.Shaurya Gupta and his senior at that time of receiving money,the sales officers,before receiving money had strongly promised to supply laptop with package, but still waiting concierge of laptop,with order no 215422 Date 20-12-2012 Paid Rs.29999/-.
The sales officer promise me to supply a laptop with my order id 215422 For Rs.29999/-with booking Id 1018259266 placed,The company officer who have directed me on the date/time how to go on linked web of company and how to pay money online,Mr. Shaurya Gupta, and his senior at that time on seatMr.Sameer as they pronounced their names before receiving money at bagittoday.com group,consistently so many times promised me to supply SONY VIO LAPTOP 11", at same cost I paid through credit card of Rs.29999/- with the package provided in web link at my doorstep on 15th of feb.2013,The company officers have verified my name address two times at first for the given package and second for laptop as per their rule,but still I'm waiting for my laptop.Although I got my concierge of normal package.my complaint is that the falls commitment of the sales officer and after complaint the higher authority purposely save their employees.no solutions I get from company therefore,I'm writing to this consumer forum.
