the problem of network dropping and hanging in Nokia asha 311. i submitted my mobile on 08/04/2013 and received on 20/04/2013.At that time it was without the Sim and memory card holder.I recharged my number with the internet package but the problem of network dropping and hanging was still there. I re-submitted it on 22/04/2013 and not get the mobile while visiting there in alternative days.they called me to come and take the mobile and when i reached there on 06/05/2013 i found that it was not available.on 08/05/2013 i went there and found the mobile but it was of not mine.it belongs to someone else which is over used and not in proper condition and i bought my mobile in February, 2013. so, i did not receive the mobile and submit a complain in their head office.but did not find any helpful results. they humiliated me mentally,physically and exploit my time which is very precious to me as my exams are going on of aligarh muslim university, Aligarh and there is much to do for the welfare of my parents and of mine. They provide me the mobile of someone else instead of replacing it, which is a offense as under warranty product should be repair or replace.
