Dear Sir,
This is to let you know that I had purchased a Samsung fridge on February 19th 2013. Model No RT41LSPN, Serial No: 35894DBC7003P.
I am a nonresident Indian who lives in USA and thus I frequently travel. Two day ago I came back to India and my new fridge is not working. I called up customer support (complaint No: 843917394). The engineer did attend today and let me know that my fridge has an internal leakage and that the machine has to be taken to the workshop for repairs.
I am very disappointed at Samsung for manufacturing such a low quality fridge. Most of all the other appliances (washing machines, Air conditioners) in my residence is from Samsung, and I have been a loyal customer with no complains before. I am requesting you to replace my fridge and give me a new one as soon as possible. My fridge is hardly two and half months old.
I do not want this fridge to be repaired and given back to me as it is very clear that is has a manufacturing defect and should not have been sold in the first place. It is very aggravation that your quality control department did not do a thorough job in inspecting this fridge. I want Samsung to replace this fried and give me a new one immediately. I trust that you will keep your good name and renew my faith in Samsung. I am eagerly waiting for your response.
