We bought a sansui tv in january. In april, the tv was not working. we gave a complaint regarding this. the service man came and told that they have to change the mother board. But after that they did not give proper update regarding this. After 10 days only they changed the mother board and still its not working properly. Mr. Richard daniel is the co-ordinator for this service. We are really irritated with their service.
