Have a postpaid connection of vodafone and had received extra bill of 650 Rs for internet. Upon visiting the Vodafone store in Viman Nagar, they accepted my complaint and emailed the details to Vodafone customer care. Nothing happened and then followed up with Vodafone call center but again in vain...

My issues. Had 300 MB data plan of vodafone. When I crossed the limit, received sms from voda to upgrade data plan to 1GB at 250 Rs and send sms to their helpline with specific keyword request.
I did that but was shocked to see additional 650 charged for internet usage. The vodafone store saw my sms received from voda and agreed issues at their end. But the callcenter mentioned the sms was for continuation of service at 250 Rs and the additional 650 was above the limit..
This is clearly fraud as the sms clearly mentioned upgrade plan for 1GB but they are charging twice
