Since I got go this internet connection there has been very frequent internet service disruptions.
In March no internet for continous 15 days and in April another 8 days continous. Now on an ongoing basis I hardly get internet for 3-4 hrs a days with very frequent service disruptions.Complaints are closed without proper resolution and without informing me.No information to the customerabout any Outage and the resolution time.No feedback mechanism to address customer grievances.
Also from billing perpective,so far I have not received a single paper bill for payments.All the bills have been only through mails and SMS inspite of my repeated requests to send me the paper bill by sending them mail and calling the customer service.
