Complaint Details
Despite my earlier mail regarding inferior quality of painting work done at my place it is really disappointing that there has been no steps being taken. We have got our home painted through Berger with the assumption of Quality and Reliable work. However to my great disappointment, entire work was left to Contractor without any supervision from company. Even after i called the local office of Berger ( Mr Noor and Mr Ashish) no actions were taken. I was given false reply that they are monitoring the site and have visited.
