Dear Sir,

I had requested to install a internet connection for plan "ADBB1499" from Tikona on 02/11/2012 (Billing Account no .117212692). Then it was working fine for me about 3 months. Afterwards there were many issues regarding internet connectivity, i complained many times to tikona but they came only 1-2 times and also connectivity problem had not resolved. Then i complained again then no body came to my house. I talked over the phone but they were not picking my phone. I tried many times, they said signals are poor in your street, we will put the amplifier. Then no body comes there. Then i requested to cut the connection at the end of the month and i have submitted the bill. Then also no body came there to uninstall the connection, but i have removed the wires because i was not getting the connectivity. But bills were still coming from next months even i had requested to cut the connection. They told me to pay the bill, but i told him that i have made a request to uninstall the connection.
From this day i was receiving the calls from tikona to pay bills, but i was not subjected to pay the bill. They were forcing me to pay the bills otherwise they will send me a legal notice.
After 4-5 days, one person came to my house to take the modem and wi-fi equipments, it had taken all the equipments.
After 1 Year i got a call from lawyer on the behalf of tikona, he told me to pay the bill otherwise he will send a legal notice through Maharashtra Court. I had checked from internet about that, surprisingly i found that there were lot of same cases on tikona about this fraud activity. On these days i was receiving many fraud calls from tikona, they were doing my harassment and metal torture.
Suddenly after 1.5 years (14-05-2013) i received a mail from Tikona for final notice of payment. They told me to make the payment otherwise they will lodge a case . But in whole story i am not subjected to pay the bills because i had already made a request to disconnect the connection, and i had payed full bill payment.
