Complaint Details
I have given by CBZ Extreme to Mahi bike zone in balkampet.
They said, the clutch plates are not good and need replacement. I said OK. They changed my clutch plates and charged 1500 for clutch plates. They even charged saying they replaced fuel valves also. But from then bike started giving new problems. after 2 months, i have shown my bike in another service center, and asked to dis amble the engine infront of me. To my surprise, the fuel valves are not changed, the clutch plates are very cheap quality(which cost 200Rs approx) and few more original spares are replaced by duplicate spares.
I'm confused that, how may i book a case against these kind of cheating.
Can some one give me a idea pls?
