i have been with the bank since 2009...and have a credit card with the same bank since last more than 18months and is very particular with my bills and this time the bill is high due to my usage and so i called the bank for a payment arrangement so that i can continue my services and so the representative was rude and was not helpful and so spoke with couple of the managers of the bank and informed about the same and they were not helpful either and so i told them will pay the balance in full this month but need a limit enhancement on my card because i dont want to use my other cards and thy were not helpful either....the kind of service i received was unexpected and unacceptable and so want to file a complaint against the bank and the people i spoke with in the bank because when i dont need any of the services or plans from the bank they call every other day to convince to avail the offer but when the customer needs it that time they dont have anything..
