This complain is with reference to booking flight for Mrs. Krishna Maheshwari from Hyderabad to Jaipur dated November 5, 2012 flight no. 6E152 PNR no is FWJEBD.which has been re-scheduled without informing the passenger ( No phone call or message).
I had reached the hyderabad airport for scheduled flight but informed me that ticket has been booked for 6th November, 2012. Indigo employees told me that if I wants to travel in this flight I have to pay extra money.
After long time, Supervisor came to solve the issue. Supervisior checked the ticket and informed that ticket was originally booked for 5 nov, 2012
but has been re- schedule to 6 nov. 2012. After some argument with indigo staff they accepted their mistake and ready to give boarding to same flight. but it become late and flight doors already closed. so I could not board on flight.
I requested to indigo person to arrange stay at their guest house or any other hotel,but the same was not arranged not even the CAB to drop me to
the safe place.
My complain regarding this flight are as follows:
1. Flight timing has been changed without acceptance to me
2. If the flight timing changed, why passenger has not been informed on mobile no. given or no message has been dropped.
3. When flight tickets were available in 6E152, how can Indigo changed the timinng.
4. Why hotel and CAB has not been arranged by Indigo when it was their mistake.
I have complained this to customer care and even Appellate authority of indigo air but no action taken from their side.
