Hi,
My order No. was 7984924. I have purchased 4 tier adjustable shoe rack from Rediff shoping and i received it in defective state. I contacted service desk of Rediff and they have replacement policy for defective products. But they are not replying on my e-mails or phone calls. Every time i call they said that we are sending mail but i haven't yet received any mail or call from them. I have even given product feedback on there website but they are still not replying on that. As per my conversation with them i even send pictures of defective product to them. But still they are not replying and saying that we will replace this. I am attaching all the email and Picture of defective product. Please take a strict action against them
