I have purchased AC (2nos.) from AC Bazaar on 4th May 2013 based on the assurance from sales representative Mr.Soundar that particular model AC will be delivered on 8th May 2013 and installation will be done on 9th May 2013. But as on today 16th May 2013 – 11.30am AC has not been delivered. And whenever I enquired they gave a false commitment tomorrow or day after or 15th May 2013 is the final dead line Mr.Soundar has told me. But later when I spoke to him over phone on 15th May 2013 he is not sure about delivering AC on 15th May 2013 as well. Purpose of purchasing AC is because to prevent from hot during summer in May month. Already 15 days gone in May 2013. But if they are not able to deliver AC with in the reasonable time then it is literally cheating the customer by giving wrong commitment that deliver of AC will happen on so and so date. I need a proper compensation from AC Bazaar for the delay in delivering the AC. Also I am from a middle class family due to take care of my old age parents i applied loan through Bajaj Finance and purchased the AC. But due to the lethargic ness of AC Bazaar people. Myself and my entire family has been affected and I went into great stress. For overall compensation AC Bazaar has to provide AC (2nos.) in free of cost to me and return back my money paid and my loan has to be cancelled. Also since I purchased I referred to my neighbor also for purchasing AC in AC Bazaar. My neighbor also purchased AC from AC Bazaar on 5th May 2013 and to him also AC has not been delivered so far. All together what we required has consumers is justice. I strongly believe CFBP will provide proper justice to me and will take necessary action against AC Bazaar. This should be the lesson to AC Bazaar in providing wrong / false commitments to the consumers and putting them in great trouble. Thank you. Please do the needful.
