1. Token amt not yet returned by the broker still of Rs 55000 given for purchasing Cidco flat for which deal could not be concluded...

b. For this not recepit was given by them.. also.
It was based on trust that deal would go through but it did not so we requested for amt to be returned which they told they cannot and investor cannot give it..
