Vendor: Wespro marketing, Rajoukri
Delivery Details: ARAMEX parcel Ref AWB # 4786426540 dt 27-04-2013
Cost: Rs.4999/-, paid upon receipt of goods on 27-04-2013
Note: Receipt number is same as our order number as above
"Scanner glass was broken and only glass pieces were left in place"
Contacted support centre via phone on 27-04-2013 and reported faulty product delivery. Complaint raised the same day, # 4469587 dt 27.05.2013 via email.
Informed Bluedart as per Naaptol'S INTRUCTIONS for pickup and sent back with all accessories intact the same day (Bluedart- Guindy, Chennai Waybill # 13880910433, dt 27-04-2013, NAAPTOL customer code: 113260)
Intimated Naaptol (about cargo pick up by Bluedart, with AWB details) through email.
Goods reached New Ashok nagar, New Delhi warehouse on 30 April 2013, email acknowledgement received from Naaptol support on 01-05-2013 that goods will be despatched in 2-3 working days
Repeated calls to Mumbai centre number and emails to support@naaptol.com weren't useful
Replacement printer not arrived till date (16 May 2013) after 18 days of waiting.
It is a wrong decision to buy products from Naaptol online, rather i should have bought it from a local dealer and got it installed in my office the same day iself..
Today i have received their response that it will take 7-10 working days more. I am expecting full refund for my order
