Despite the the displayed status in my account at https://mlbd.com/, I could not trace the package at http://www.indiapost.gov.in/tracking.aspx.
When I complained about the state to publishers and sent them an e-mail to take corrective action (either send me the book again with working tracking number or refund my amount), they simply said not to bother them again and again. I need my amount refunded or my book sent properly through dependable mail system as soon as possible.
