Complaint Details
At the time of opening the account I have been informed by the Bank official that there are no charges with respect to any number of times money is withdrawn from any ATMs. Be it an ICICI or non ICICI ATM.
But I have been charged for withdrawing the money after 5 transactions.
Because I was provided wrong information I have agreed to open the account and now they are not ready to refund the money.
This has taken me into high level of stress and affecting my health as well and also I have started developing distrust with any kind of bank officials as I always fear that information provided might be false.
Can someone please look into the matter and help me and take the action against bank for providing false information to consumer and fooling them.
