Complaint Details
After getting converted my number (9891601707) from postpaid to prepaid there is no network in my phone for the last 30 hours. I have called customercare so many times but every time I got a response "to wait for 4 hours due to some technical issue".
I am not able to attend any important call.
Please look into the matter and help.
