This is regarding the the offer made to me by Bijis Hotel privilege club offering membership for 1 year with some fake benfits (cannot call it a privilege club). I am writing this email after facing several issues dealing with the people managing this membership GIVING ME FALSE COMMITMENT from the very beginning. Also, need to bring this to the notice of Bijis hotel who were being represented by Mr Vishal Luthria and Mr Mayur. After i made the payment of Rs. 5,999, all the below mentioned issues have cropped in

I was sold this membership which i brought on basis of 2 Nights stay at Bijis any day stay (including public holidays) free of cost. I have tried to book rooms at Bijis at almost a 10 days in advance and I had called Mr Vishal on March 13, 2013, requesting to book for me 1 Night for 23rd to 24th March, 2013 (a 10 days advance notice) however he said he will send me a confirmation email by evening which was not sent. I send sms to confirm but he said the booking is done do not worry, however i kept on asking for confirmation, which Mr. Vishal has never sent, infact he was not answering my calls and on 19th March, he sent me sms that i should speak to Mr. Mayur. When i called Mayur he asked me to speak to Ms. Varsha in Bijis on (42604060) as she will do the booking of the membership. When i called Bijis, they asked me to speak to Vishal and Mayur. These is clear cases of CHEATING, MISSELLING and FALSE COMMITMENT !!!!

I am suffering on account of MISSELLING and wrong commitment. Now Mayur and Vishal is not answering my calls. This is a pure SCAM where i have been tricked into. Once a customer makes payment, then he is forced to take booking only on the dates the management wants or forego the money he has paid. Ms. Varsha of Bijis even told me i can go to any consumer court if I want but Biji's can’t do anything as Mr. Vishal and Mayur still owe Biji’s

I request all persons to complaint (if any) in this forum so that we can help other people to be cautious dealing with Mr. Mayur, Mr. Vishal and Management of Biji’s.

I request you (the consumer redressal forum) to take this case up and take strict action on account of losses incurred by me as i have paid this amount and the mental distress i am undergoing through dealing with them.
