Complaint Details
We purchased a new PANASONIC AIR CONDITIONED from Vijay Sales. They have sold us an old machine part which was defective on the very first day. Their engineer came and verified it. Have taken the machine back and have promised to change the parts after repairing. This is not done, we bought a new product. Cannot accept a repaired machine part.
