Sir

I had taken a package from Trade India for my company for marketing activities by trade india.In the package thye had committed me a top listing of my company on the featured company section while negotiating the contract . I have attached the e mail from trade india for your ready reference in which all details of the commitment are mentioned by trade india. Once I paid them the complete amount for the package in advance and 100 % , they have not listed my company name in the featured company list . The commitment was TOP listing but they have even not listed my company in the "featured company section of their website " . The e mail which clearly describes the commitments from trade india has been attached along with this e mail.Also now when I call them they are asking for more time to complete this workm irrespective of any definite deadline . The package finalized by them was for 1 year out of whihc I have already lost 2 months now without any action ny trade india . I have also attached the snap shot from trade india website showing that our company name is NOT there in the " featured company section ". Also I am continiously writing e mails to the employees of trade india employees but no body has replied to a single e email of mine .
