Dear sir/madam
We purchased Air Conditioners from M/s Aarco One, dealers for ETA General Pvt Ltd on 21st September, 2012 (invoice attached). Since Monday, 13th May 2013, we have a water leakage issue with one of our ACs. On 14th May, a technician came to our home and opened the AC and left without repairing and since then, he is not even picking up our calls. Consequently, we dont have a working AC in the present summer heat.
Despite repeated requests (vide complaint Nos 13MY130702 and subsequent 13MY160532), we are not even being given any specific date by which this problem will be attended to. Now, their service technicians are making excuses by way of raising of irrelevant bills and delaying the matter.
Here, you are requested to kindly intervene in the matter and get relief for us on an urgent basis considering it is summer season.
