Dear Sir, I have purchased Xolo A700 from online store (www.Mirchimart.com) on 17th March, 2013. But never used it till 3
rd of April as it was my birthday gift from wife. When opened it on 3rd of April, I have noticed that the handset have network related issues as the voice was breaking and call gets disconnected abruptly. Raised the request on 4th of April with Xolo care and the pick up got arranged to the service center which is located in Bangalore. 2 days after raising the complaint, pick was arranged and the handset was returned to me without rectifying the issue. I have again raised the complaint and the service center guys have asked me to handover the handset at RSB associates located in Madhapur, Hyderabad so that the service center guys will pick it up from there and get the issue rectified. I have received the mobile on 4th May, 2013 after 20 days approximately with the initial issue rectified but then a new issue raised. Invalid IMEI number and cannot make calls which I have detected while checking if the mobile was repaired correctly or not. Raised the complaint again on 6th of May. Arranged the pick up and received my mobile back today (17th May, 2013) without rectifying the issue. Support team was reckless in answering my questions and my mobile phone is still not in use even after 2 month of purchasing it. Almost one and half month it was in service center and have to send it to service center again. Company dont have the policy to replace it. So I would like to raise a complaint in Consumer forum and want to address it.
