My daughter has purchased Dell Laptop vide order number 840368709. It is getting overheated abnormally while operating it. Several times I have lodged compliant to the India_Consumer_Services@Dell.com. No action has been taken by the management against my compliant. This is for your kind action to resolve my problem at the earliest.
