It mentioned a time to complete at 8:45
I called the call-center at 8:45 very rudely they asked me to call after 9 the guy was yogesh. – Line was not activated
I called at 9:00 I spoke to a person called roopesh: He was street smart, didn’t respect or have any concern for why I called and the number of times I called. When I asked for an escalation he said he doesn’t have a manager and no one manages him. When I asked him if he understood the situation I was in he said “main jaanta hoon aap ka dhanda band hai”. He frustrated me. Me told me line will be activated tomorrow at 1 and it doesn’t matter I could call a 100 times. They kept my call on speaker and were laughing at my frustration. I am mentally harassed. Last day of the week and am deep in losses. I, my time, efforts, money nothing valued when I called, called, called, called, wrote, wrote, wrote.
Do you think I am insane to take all these efforts ? I am seriously facing losses.

I brought TATA because people referred you, probably they never encountered you customer services.
You are working for a $ 100 billion Government Company.
Sadly, Please do not activate the connection anymore. I do not wish to do business with you. If loss was not enough, I was insulted as well.
