Hi,
I had cancelled a ticket with PNR "FOMUXA" booked on Go Air website on 25th April 2013. I was told the money will be refunded within 5 working days. As i did not receive any refund i called Go Air on 13th May 2013 on which employee told me payment was done and i need to check with my bank. On asking for payment details, call was disconnected. After calling again i was told payment will be processed within 5 working days, on asking for delay "Too many holidays" was given as reason. As i did not receive any refund even after 5 days, i called on 17th May 2013, and executive told me it will take 7 more days as they were facing technical issues. When i demanded that i need to talk to manager i was told manager will call me within 30 minutes (I did not receive call back). After calling again manager told me it will get refunded by 18th May 2013 although he can not provide any written assurance. Please help me . I seek interest for the period of non-payment and suffering caused. I have attached the ticket herewith.
