I purchased a CROMA SPLIT AC 1.5 T 3*CRC0914 PAC from faridabad's croma store in crown interior on 27/05/2012, bill no. SLF02A012020030256. I went to purchase VOLTAS AC but sales guy suggested me to purchase CROMA AC & i purchased CROMA AC but truth is that i was stupid, i should have gone as per my choice. Since last year AC is not working. One basic question i want to ask what is the function of AC - whether to perform in summer or winter. This AC don't work in hot temperature, when temperature reaches around 40degree it's compressor stops working only fan throws hot waves. when temperature is around 35 to 38 then it works fine. you know temp. in delhi at peak time reaches 48 degree, should i use it only at night. Last year also i faced same problem but it didn't get resolved and same problem is occurring this time also. I registered a complaint regarding the same on 7th may 2013 & executive came on 13th may. He cleaned up outdoor unit & said now it will work ok. In feed back form i also mentioned UNSATISFY but no action taken on it & complaint was closed on 13 may. From that day onwards same problem is occurring daily it dont works in day time, throws only hot waves. Daily i spent my day time in hot temperature & repents why i purchased it.
Am i stupid who has paid Rs 30000/ for comfort & getting only frustration. CROMA IS NOT Resolving this problem or changing the AC, CROMA has done forgery with me & changed my mind to purchase CROMAs product.
Looking for full support & coordination from ur side. Now AC is covered in one year warranty & on 26/5/2013 one year will be completed, if this problem don't get resolved then after one year also CROMA can't escape from ITS reponsibility to solve the problem. This problem is since starting so this is inbuilt problem with AC & will get resolved only when CROMA change full AC.
