Complaint Details
I bought a gift for my spouse on February 11, 2013. Till date no delivery has been done, I got a mail from the company saying that the item was not available and whatever I paid will be credited back tomy account. Till date nothing has been credited. I have tried to reach the customer care many times and not a single time got a response from them. It does not work at all. Please help as I think I have lost my money here.
