I have already requested for cancellation of your services on March 1st.

Also I have paid the bill amount of Rs. 1600 for the month of March. (Bill & Receipt attached)

But now I have received mail from you requesting me to pay Rs. 3469 as final amount for cancellation.

The complaint numbers for my complaints are

1-257402198 & 1-2625844001 – 18th March
1-2660902235 – 25th April

You have already taken back the Internet device and modem.

I am not using your service from February 28th.

Still you have not cancelled my account and still you are sending me my bill.

Also you are calling me daily and harassing me to pay the bill.(April & May)

I have a lot of stress from your daily call.
