Dear Sir, Madam,

Currently we have a BSNL WLL, and the quality of service is poor. We are not able to make calls, gets disconnected often are some of the problems to name. Hence we decided to go for BSNL landline hoping to get better services and also broadband Internet. Its been more than an year since we have requested for landline, but we are yet to get the connection. BSNL representatives are not providing any detials on this.
