Hi,

I hold a account in icicibank. I use icici credit card for more than 10 yrs. I never had any payment due till now. But recently, I had a query regarding my credit card reward points. Bank ppl never bother about my missing points query. Due to that, I stopped my payment due since I wanted to get clarified from them regarding my reward points. Instead of clarifying my query and settle down the payment, they threaten me that in CIBIL my rating will be decreased. Is this the way bank will deal with the customer. Its bank duty to clarify the customer doubts. I am keep on asking them where is my rewards points. they never answer me.
