I would like to lodge a complaint against fraudulent business by Air India. I recently booked and travelled using Air India’s Singapore-Mumbai-Singapore sector. During my booking online, Air India did not inform or display any information on the route; instead they still continue to sell Singapore-Mumbai tickets without informing passengers that they do not flight direct route in this sector and both flights AI342 & AI343 are routed via Chennai with a layover of 1~2 hrs. I believe this is fraud and cheating consumers without indicating the route or stopover. I have all the relevant details – tickets, online booking screenshots and booking recording – to prove that they have infact been practicing fraud.
