Sir/Madam,
I have a D2H connection of AIRTEL, Assam and I am using this for many days. I have registered for the plan Rs-220 monthly, previously it was going well, but from few months I am getting lots of trouble from this. The details is--few months ago AIRTEL customer care people changed my plan to Rs-220 to Rs-390 without informing me. When I realized it , I have asked them and as a reply they have told that it was changed by me, I have totally shocked, because I cannot afford too much expensive package that is why I am taking Rs-220 plan. After that I have again change my plan to Rs-220. One month gone, then after this one, they have again changed my plan to Rs-480, without informing me. My all balances have cut down. I have again asked in customer care about this, they said that they can't help, it was done by me...such a shit ...My range is Rs-220..why could I change it to Rs-480.....So I humbly request you to grant my complaint and give a solution about this..Please help me..
