I bought a Karbonn Tab on 25th January through Indiatimes Shopping. I received the same a few days later and theere was a problem in the tab. It was hanging a lot. I thought it might be because it is new. But then it started causing a lot of issues. Hanging up, shutting down automatically and finally it stopped charging. I gave it to their service centre - Lakshmi Telecom on 8th April and since then I have neither received the Tab nor anything. When I try to contact Karbonn on the numbers given on their website, either the numbers are not working or they do not answer the call. I have called their service centre at least 20 times in the past 20 days, but they are not able to do anything. They are not even giving the number of Karbonn so that we can talk. What kind of pathetic quality and service is this. This is completely cheating. If their tab is faulty and it cannot be repaired, then they should either replace it and give a new one or refund the money.
