Dear,

I have purchase a home theater ( sony blue ray disk dvd model hbd-e3100, Sr No-3302840 ) from reliance digital , shipra mall, Indrapuram, Gaziyabd (UP) on Dated 18/05/2013.

At time of buying this product I have inform to store persone that, I have CRT TV. Store person insured me that home theater working on CRT TV. But that is false.

Now product not install in my home. Kindly guide me what can I do.
