Dear Concerned,
This morning, I have reserved a ticket from Hyderabad - London Heathrow.
On the initial page, I have applied the filter - Class type - "Premier Economy".
And proceeded with the booking.
Nowhere through the navigation till the end of the booking, was the class selected mentioned on the screen.
The total cost was INR 45456 (For premium ecomony fare + taxes) + 200 (Cleartrip booking fee).
But I got the E-ticket booked for "Ecomony" class. Please suggest.
I have got the confirmation about the payment and booking at the end.
That does not have the class mentioned as well.
Later, once the e-ticket is made available, it startled me when I saw that the class as "Economy", when I have paid for "Premier Economy".
I am sorry, I am worried that I paid for a premium class but got an economy class, which is not acceptable for anyone in my position.
When I approached the customer care to help me with this, they told me that I have to pay for Void charges and cancel the ticket today itself. Not sure if I would get my money back.
Effectively, I have opened cleartrip.com this morning, and lost my hard earned money.
Please, someone help me.
