Dear Sir,

It is with tremendous frustration, we have to write the email. we have an account with Sun Direct for their cable service(Account details below). we have made a payments to Sun Direct by their listed IVRS mode on May 11th 2013(debited in credit card on 12th May 2013). Sundirect call centre(011 3940 7575) is unable to give us definitive timeline on when the recharge will be credited and is treating me without contempt to my well being.

I am a heart patient(already had 2 bypass surgeries), I am frustrated by the poor service and contempt shown by Sun Direct team to solve my problems leading to stress.

I would like your esteemed agency to take the issue with Sun Direct and provide me a solution by making Sun direct penalise 100,000 INR transferred to my account for their contempt to my request and causing stress to my healthy well being.
