i have loan account with axis bank bearing number Loan A/C No. PPR000900259112. i wanted to close the loan account. they sent me a foreclosure statement and when i sent my father to the bank with said amount written in the statement they did not accept it . They asked for more money even if the statement shows that we do not have to give any extra money. Only thing written in the statement was this statement is for 18th May and after this day additional 41 rupees for day. My father given money on 21st. So they should charge 123 rupees instead they charged 537 rupees. Please find the attached statement. I live in USA and this is really frustrating how they are taking the money in their own way. Please help me to lodge consumer complain. The money i paid extra does not matter but how this bank are cheating to the people should be informed to everyone.
