Complaint Details
I travelled on a TNSTC bus to reach Bangalore from Vellore this Monday 20-May-2013. The bus stopped for a break after Krishnagiri at a hotel called "Hotel Suriya" where I was Upset and Shocked to see the shops selling commodities at price nearly 25% more than the MRP. There is no other shops nearby, so I was forced to buy the goods(Biscuits) at a price higher than the MRP. Also the food prices at this hotel are sky high making it think twice to buy something for a common man.

I kindly request you to treat this issue with high priority as there are thousands of commuters stopping at this place for food/snacks. Please solve this matter as soon as possible.

Also I wish to bring to your kind notice that almost all the hotels/shops at the Highways where the busses stop for break charge more than the MRP which is very upsetting. Also I am very annoyed that after so many years no action has been taken against them.
I do not have any bills from them to submit as proof as you know that no shops in India give you a bill for selling a pack of biscuit. I am not raising this complaint to claim any money from the shop but only to take action against them so that no one does this.
