Complaint Details
It is unfortunate and disgusting, since the said online business website have not shipped my ordered (10738156 on 14/05/2013) item after waiting enough time. Moreover, they seems to be disgracefully closed your ear and eyes to response to me after repeated communication made with you via-mail or by phone.
Hence, you take necessary action to send the item by 22/05/2013 or return my money within this date, otherwise, I would bound think that they are cheating with me, if yes, let me know the future course of action to be take from my end that way.
