Complaint Details
We bought a carrier kurve 1.5 ton split ac on November 31, 2012. Our ac is not working properly from the beginning of April 2013. As it is under warranty, We called carrier service centre and told the the problem. But no reply. We kept on calling them, and i said that we will move to consumer court if the problem is not solved. And finally on 4th of may 2012, a person Mr. Vijay Kumar, came and rectified that it was sensor problem and it has to get replaced. They said, they will replace the sensor board on 7th May 2012. And asked a photo copy of the purchased bill. And we submitted the same, asked for a sign too. Then after 7th of May, we made several calls. But very evasive replies from the service centre as well as from the customer support helpline. They said, they will take this issue to the higher authority. And we also mailed them. After that i had a call, asking me all details from the beginning. He told us, that he will refer and make us a call later. But no reply from them. We are really helpless in this regard. Kindly help us, what can be done. We are suffering for more than 50 days.
