Vodafone has stopped services all of a sudden with out any SMS/call. after i ask their store guy he told me to submit documents which i submitted before 4-6 months. they took my govt address proof (bsnl bill)and pan card for photo proof. this service disconnection made me very sick as i gave this number everywhere. how can a service provider suddenly stop all services without intimation before disconnection? this is clearly loss to me as i cannot call/receive calls.so i decided to open a case against vodafone in consumer forum for their disconnection and trouble to me.
