Nikhil Bhatankar (the free lance photographer) was engaged for photography and videography on the occassion of my wedding on Feb 01. He has been partly paid in advance for his services; however even after more than 3 months of the wedding and continuous follow up he has not delivered the wedding video. Please take strict action against him; as it is people like him who dupe law abiding citizens of not just their money (advance payment 4000+3000) but also cause mental harassment.
