I have ordered Chocolate Fantasy Half Kg fresh Cream Cake online on 20th May 2013 at 6:02 P.M and have paid the money through online transaction. The cake was ordered for my uncle as it was his birthday. I have shared both my contact no. as well as my uncle's no. I was told that the cake would be delivered on same day at around 8-10 P.M . At around 10 P.M i tried to call 9886722619 no. as it was provided in their site but there was no response they did not pick the call. Next day when i called to the same no. they picked up the call and told me that they were not able to find the place and they tried to contact my uncle but they said the no. was not reachable. Hence the delivery returned back. They didn't even try to call me or inform me regarding it. Now when i asked them to deliver it they are asking for extra charge. Since they have not delivered the cake i asked for refund for which the response was negative. I want either the cake to be delivered to the desired address or the refund.
