Complaint Details
I placed my order (#271) with the website on 13 May, 2013. The payment was processed and I received an email with the acknowledgement. Since then, the order status on the website has been the same, showing "processing".

After a week when I tried to contact them I noticed that there was no contact information on the website except an email id. I sent an email, haven't received a reply since 3 days.

There was a link to their Facebook page, on visiting that I noticed that there were many customers with many complaints, and orders hadn't been processed since a month. The website had also stopped responding to customers.

Kindly help me to get the amount I paid refunded.
