Hi,
Purchased mobile case from bagititoday.com worth Rs419 on 1st may. order number is 33014167. They shipped on 9th may , as per there shipping policy it should be in between 1 to 7 days and they didnt mentioned only business days, hence they break the policy of 7 days.
once they shipped, courier company didn't called me after reaching the product at my location i.e hyderabad and saying address is not found in fact that i get lot of letters from same address & didn't lifted the phone. they are not called me.
Called customer care and they informing now my money is not credited in their account hence they will not dispatch the product, how is it possible? they dispatch only after amount is credited in to their account, then why they are saying amount is not credited.

Please ask bag it today for refund my money back or dispatch the product again.
