yesterday(22.05.13,wednesday evening) i purchased one prestige royale 3 burner glass top gas stove and one induction cook-top model PIC3.0V2 WITH OFFER omega deluxe contains one omni tawa 250 mm dia,one fry pan 240 mm dia and one kadai 240mm dia with glass lid(all non stick)for rupees 9916(nine thousand nine hundred and sixteen)after reaching home only i noticed the broken handle of tawa.when i contacted the show room the person whom i bought the goods told me to replace the tawa.when i went to the shop today(23.05.13 evening)the other person available at the shop told that he would not replcae it ,i only dropped and broke.i explained but he didn't accept and raised his voice.mentally i disturbed very much i need justice.
