I wanted to get a mobile post paid connection from tata docomo during Feb'13. Due to some reason our deal could not be finalized & on 10 March 13 , tata docomo ensured to return my Rs 850 /- within 15 days time.

Till today I had not received my money. Even I have contacted to their local person/office, customer care, nodal officer & even UP East appellate authority but more than two months have passed but they are not responding. My matter is even to the knowledge of its appellate authority but they are even sleeping not notihng done.

Kindly arrange to return my following payments:

1. My refund Rs 850 /- + DI @ 10 % ( from 25.03.13 their refund committment deadline)

2. Due to this Injury & sutainable loss caused to me. So as per Section 14, 19, 21 of Constitution of India, 24 % interest also to be paid by tata docomo.

3. Without any reason my money they are holding so 20 % additional interest for the same.



Total I request you to arrange to pay Rs 850 /- + ( 10+24+20 = 54 % interest from 25.03.13 to date of payment).

Also requesting you to take punishable action against this company so that they again never do with anyother citizen of India. Such attitude of Tata Docomo is very shameful & embarrassing.
