My RO water purifier machine has not been working since March 2013.I am covered under annual maintenance contract.Repeated requests FOR REPAIR to service team have only led to delayed, faulty & temporary repairs with old spare parts. In this summer season i am not getting water as the machine presently in non working condition now for last 3 months.Repeated calls to call centre and local eureka forbes office have fallen on deaf ears.The last complaint again made was on eureka forbes website vide complaint no. ecc367eb43d.PLEASE HELP...!!!
